About the Role

This is an opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting, is comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders, and takes genuine pride in building high-performing, well-run organizations. You will report to the Site HR Leader and act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on everything from workforce planning to complex employee relations matters.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnership & Employee Relations

  • Serve as the primary HR advisor to managers, providing guidance on employee relations, policy interpretation, performance management, and workforce planning.

  • Coach managers through what matters most — providing hands-on consultation on org health, employee engagement, performance management, ER investigations, and complex people - bringing clarity and sound judgment to every situation.

  • Serve as the escalation point for complex HR issues, collaborating with HR Services and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to ensure timely resolution.

  • Own and scale end-to-end employee lifecycle operations — onboarding, offboarding, and transitions. Maintain HRIS data integrity.

  • Monitor HR metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities, and translate them into clear recommendations for the business.

Compliance & Vendor Governance

  • Oversee compliant, efficient processes for labour law requirements, statutory documentation, and filings coordination, ensuring the site remains audit-ready at all times.
  • Review and evaluate the performance of the third-party payroll vendor against process and compliance benchmarks.

Engagement & Culture

  • Build and manage the annual employee events calendar, aligning it with organizational priorities and employee needs.
  • Develop and manage corporate partnerships with wellness providers and employee benefit programs.

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree in human resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience as an HR Business Partner and/or HR Generalist, ideally within Technology, Product, E-commerce, or Consulting organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience working within a matrixed HR organization, collaborating effectively across HR CoEs, Talent Acquisition, and business leadership.
  • Knowledge of statutory compliance requirements preferred.
  • Experience in a regional or multi-country HR environment preferred.
