Associate Manager - HR Business Partner

You will report to the Site HR Leader and act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on everything from workforce planning to complex employee relations matters.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnership & Employee Relations
Serve as the primary HR advisor to managers, providing guidance on employee relations, policy interpretation, performance management, and workforce planning.
Coach managers through what matters most — providing hands-on consultation on org health, employee engagement, performance management, ER investigations, and complex people - bringing clarity and sound judgment to every situation.
Serve as the escalation point for complex HR issues, collaborating with HR Services and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to ensure timely resolution.
Own and scale end-to-end employee lifecycle operations — onboarding, offboarding, and transitions. Maintain HRIS data integrity.
Monitor HR metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities, and translate them into clear recommendations for the business.
Compliance & Vendor Governance
- Oversee compliant, efficient processes for labour law requirements, statutory documentation, and filings coordination, ensuring the site remains audit-ready at all times.
- Review and evaluate the performance of the third-party payroll vendor against process and compliance benchmarks.
Engagement & Culture
- Build and manage the annual employee events calendar, aligning it with organizational priorities and employee needs.
- Develop and manage corporate partnerships with wellness providers and employee benefit programs.
Key Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in human resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience as an HR Business Partner and/or HR Generalist, ideally within Technology, Product, E-commerce, or Consulting organizations.
- Demonstrated experience working within a matrixed HR organization, collaborating effectively across HR CoEs, Talent Acquisition, and business leadership.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance requirements preferred.
- Experience in a regional or multi-country HR environment preferred.
